Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you love your I am A Crazy Dog Lady apparel, but if you live in the UK and have had your order delivered to your UK address, you are entitled to request a refund within 14 DAYS of receiving your order, in accordance with UK law.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on any international orders, with no exception. Please see below for the terms & conditions of refunds & returns.

After you have received your order to your UK address, you have 14 DAYS to request a refund or exchange if you wish to, you then have a further 14 DAYS to return your order to I am A Crazy Dog Lady, in perfect, unused condition, with the original tags still attached.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your order to us, so that you know your postal service has delivered it safely back to us.

If you request a refund or exchange for your UK order within the 14 DAYS but you do not then return the order to us within the following 14 DAYS after, we would not be able to offer a refund or exchange to you for this.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or exchange any UK orders that are outside of the 14 DAYS period after the order has been delivered to you. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any international orders.

All appropriate refunds will be issued within 14 DAYS of receiving the return back to the original payment method, less any postage or PayPal processing fees.

You are responsible for paying for return postage.

To request a refund, please email and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Please do not send any parcels back without contacting our team first who will give you further instructions.

Goods that are not faulty and printed to the customer’s specification cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customer’s requirements unless the garment is faulty or there is an issue with the design.

Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction, so if this is the case you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear evidence of the defect. If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the garment provided we will endeavour to resolve the issue by way of a replacement or full refund. 

Faulty goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for investigation. Please be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods.
